When I wasn't getting super at one of my old jobs I spoke to the boss about it, I did it in a very nice and polite way in private in his office. He stormed out shouting about how I'm holding him to ransom, how I was a terrible worker and didn't deserve my (pathetic) wage, let alone any super.

I quit there and then, walked out and called the ATO later that day. Last I heard he was getting audited.

Haha! Yeah, I spoke to them very nicely, and then proceeded to give them a week. It was then that I was told that nothing would be done about it.

They asked me to come in today, to which I replied 'you haven't even paid me, or paid me properly, for the work I've already done. So, no'.

3 hours later, and apparently its being sorted. We shall see.

I'll still be speaking to the ombudsmen.

slammed into a concrete wall sunday, and the docs today, after checking my X-rays and ultrasound printouts, have said ive got nothing more than some heavy swelling in my shoulder.
