Gun advice?

Gun lovers, I need some help.

I've been going pew-pew at laser-tag recently and am keen to buy a 'real' gun.

Which one should I get?

Had a look online but couldn't find a cheap one that did everything I wanted.

What is the purpose of you rifel / hand gun.
Just think like you do bike shopping.
What do i want it to do, look arround in mags and online till you know and find the correct pice.
Rock up to a few clubs also.

Ideally I'd like something highly accurate for hunting stuff.

But I don't want it to be too big or heavy.

Trouble: Where do I get a guin licence.

Maxo: A hand gun would be ideal. But I can't find one that recommended hunting that can also take shotgun shells.

Ahhh Desmo get some taste sweetheart......Glocks are fun for a good month ... then they wear off.

Not too big and heavy, well i wont recommend the 50 cal desert eagle. Which is totally illegal in australia. Weights a god damn tonne and if your aim isnt any good, would have been fantastic for bashing over the head of this 'target' during hunting.

What sort of hunting are we talking: rabbit, fox, women, pigs (men or the 4 legged mud rolling thing). Jokes *ducks bullets*

I had to get a letter from a land owner with more than 50 acres. I dont know how many acres it is now .

On a serious note:
Rifles you can license using proerty letter or through a club. Size of the property depends on the calibre you can have.

Handguns can only been licensed through a club. Where you will have to maintain a shoot record etc etc and i believe its at the year mark you can apply for your license and take a firearm home. Most clubs however after the 3 month mark will allow you to purchase your own firearm and pay storage at the club for it until you are able to take it home.

Firearms department gets your application and will carry out an inspection of your house to ensure that there is a suitable safe installed etc etc etc etc

Meh, boring really takes way too long. But hey.
