We're doing a bbq and beers in the workshop, nothing special but it's two of my favorite things. Anyone got a big xmas work lunch going on?

Shopping? Food & drink? Xmas lights & decorations?

I haven't done a bloody thing but am not really worried, will jump on the bike tomorrow morning and beat the crowds for prezzies. Food & drink is sorted plus work is giving me a giant ham today so I'm planning on living off that for the next 2 weeks. Didn't do decorations this year, completely forgot about it to be honest.

I'm not too bad, buzzing from an awesome fighting fit class last night, but otherwise sick of doing my job and also the other purchasing guy, who is on holidays. Friday for me this week is hopefully lunchtime Friday

Almost fucking sussed for Xmas, just need to sort a few more presents, then foods for QuietLil's orphans Xmas, then some beery stuff for upcoming brewday, then new years, then move house, then ..... (it never fucking ends)

This has been a weird week, and it's not getting less weird.

Got an email this morning from somebody I had a couple of dates with a while back, nothing exciting, just coffee and drinks. Figured out very quick that she was pretty loopy, but cute and probably harmless. Still, as crazy isn't really what I needed I put a healthy avoidance distance between us and she went full-retard, strange emails and texts, ended up blacklisting accounts just to avoid having to read it.

Anyway, spins up a new account and emails me this morning out of the blue to apologise, says she's getting help and part of this is making amends with people she spewed 'crazy' on. I'm good with this. Makes me happy to see people getting what they need at least. Still, weird thing to read when I woke up.

Aside from that, wednesday is pretty okay so far. Not too much shit breaking at work, I'm hoping to take a long lunch and head into leederville to poke around a book store for a bit.
