A lot of people have dogs on here, so this will really shock them. Sounds like a serial killer in the making, some of the comments people have made are just terrible

Perth now has got the story muddled up, the dog was actually put in a doona cover, tied to a cinder block and drowned 

Sounds like a barking issue to be honest. [IMO]. Maybe kids ares supposed to come over once a day to feed snookums while mummy and daddy are in Sidenee.

I consider a barking dog, a good dog. I rewarded my last one when he barked as someone walked down the alleyway next to the house. And told him to stfu when it seemed random.

Local council got complaints from retired immigrants next door. I laughed when I heard they were burgaled after we left that house.

Before your vag completely fills with dirt , I was summising the intent.
Secondly , a barking dog is great when it does its job , but continually for no reason except it has feelings of abandonment will get very annoying for neighbours trying to sleep or lead their normal lives , which MAY have lead to the actions that were taken.

Combine Christmas [the time of year when domestic violence , suicide and general community disquiet peaks], or other emotional issues , it may have just been the last straw for someone.
I don't condone it at any stage , but the dog may have had a history already.

Remove your feelings for a moment and think about the reasons why it was done, then maybe put the blame on the owners for being the cause perhaps?

Sick fucks, dog just needs looking after, training, some attention. If it barks talk to neighbours, if it doesn't improve call the ranger, if nothing done, beat the owner and adopt dog.

barking dogs are not trained dogs. Drown the fkn owners who are too lazy to educate their dogs. As WhiteNoize pointed out, mine bark when the lil shits get on the fence or someone comes on our premises. They bark at any other time and get disciplined.

Had a neighbour who didn't want to educate his dog nor even do anything except feed/water it. Dog was miserable and barked constantly for attention. I felt sorry for the dog.
