As above, anyone here done it? Im pretty sure i dont need to make my mind up about doing it myself and a mate a pretty damn keen, im jsut interested in who may have done it and what there experiences were.

Havent done it myself but a former workmate did it a few years back and came back absolutely raving about it.

Said it was an awesome experience but definately took a lot out of him, came back a lot thiner than when he left an he was damn fit when he left.
