Long Shot: Is there a television network executive in da house?

Hey peeps.

I need to get some solid advice from someone in the know about presenting a concept for a TV show to a network executive/producer.

And no its not PSB TV, the world is not ready for the drama of that one yet!

I am going to do it, its a definite, so i guess i'd better get the lingo right before i start trying to google how to produce a hit TV show!

Does anyone work or know someone who works at a TV network that i could have a coffee with just to get some general advice on how to calculate the value of a show and pitch it in the right manner?

Even if you just have a degree in TV broadcasting and have some good ideas i'd like to hear from you.

If anyone wants to do it for me, you'd have to be in it for the long haul, but as they say....stick with me and i'll make ya famous. :-)

You would be better of contacting the producers than the Tv execs. PLaces like Southern star Endomol, Roves company, working dog and there are a heap of smaller ones as well.
