Rant: Finally starting a diet. I like nice hearty food which is most likely why im a fat khunt in the first place. That and a lack of excersise. I hate all the plebs that have walked into the office this morning with chips/pies/crumbed sausage and the usual tradies palace regalia. Oh how it made my mouth water as I attempted in veign to down another mouthful of yoghurt and musli .

Its lunch time now. Im experiencing it all over again. Atleast this time ive got something that sort of tastes kinda meaty. Chicken soup. PEH!!!

Same, after reading that thread about 'Cohens diet' I decided to try my own with more exercise. Lots more water, no softdrinks, pretty much cutting out the bread, no sugar, eating much healthier so far 4 days and I have found my attention span is better, bit more energy and get up and go!

My rant the fucking snack bar machine at work on nightshift, just me and a pocket full of change nothing doing. I've started leaving coins at home as the machine only sells crap! Missing chocolate and chips!

the only part which makes you feel good is when you get them around to believing you, once they see you are serious and are able to pay for the item. telling them they missed out on the sale and choosing another staff member there or telling them you are going to their rival business. the face drops and you feel a million dollars even through your anger.

Jet stuck in Karratha

16th January 2008, 7:00 WST




Eighty passengers had to sleep at Karratha Airport last night after the Qantas passenger jet which was due to take them to Perth yesterday afternoon was grounded because of mechanical faults.
The West Australian understands locally based passengers returned home but those who did not live in the town were forced to spend the night in the airport because of a lack of accommodation in town.
An engineer was flying to the town on a charter flight last night to repair the problem.

I turned my gaze southward and saw my cat, Sprocket, perched around the rim of the toilet. His head immediately in the path of the action, looking drenched and confused.

It's somewhat tricky to pause mid-stream while giggling like a schoolgirl and retrieving a befuddled, stinking, wet cat from a toilet bowl. I don't recommend it.

Funny you posted this, had something similar, she was doing the adorable kitten swipe at it with her paw then proceeded to belt around thru the house like she had been set on fire.

Moderate the fuck out of bike talk, technical shit, etc.

Personally, nothing shits me more than people posting crap in legit threads that are supposed to contain actual info. THat includes shit like "use the search function". If you're such a search function expert, then use it yourself and link to the relevant info (and ideally provide a brief 1-2 line summary, so people finding the thread via search get the general idea).

Otherwise we end up with 10,000 posts on a particular topic, 9,999 of which are full of "repost" or "use the search function" and only 1 has the actual info in it. Which makes the search function completely fucking useless, doesn't it?

Yadda yadda yadda shouldn't be moderated unless it is likely to land the forum in legal shit. One mans cry post = another mans gold... a large amount of the "PSB gems" seem to be stuff that if applied to a whinging-little-bitch user, would result in the target user having a cry and asking the admin to step in against the instigator.

If reading things in here offends you, you're free to not read it, or harden the fuck up and ignore it or whatever.

Could not agree more mate the most putrid rubbish attempted to masquerade itself as a beer to ever hit my tongue (go on its wide open) It may be passable in 44+ degrees and it was ice cold, anything else would be a push.

Nips: acetone is the best thing. It used to be in nail polish remover, but these days most of them are acetone free, as it dries out the skin or some crap.

Baby oil gets between the skin and glue and allows you to lift it easier and painlessly.
You can get acetone from your local bunnings if its not off by morning.
