appologies to those who know what this is and how to do it I am brave enough to admit i dont have a clue how to PM or where to do it..has anyone got the answers?

Easiest way;

Find a post they have made, click on their username and click on Private Message.

Alternatively... Up the Top under the PSB logo you'll see Private Messages.
Click on that, then in the navigation column on te left you'll see Send New Message. Type in the recipient's name and go nuts.
