Based on the fact that my bike's rear shock measures thusly:
length: 310mm
top bush width:28.45mm
bottom bracket width: 30.12mm

Will this fit?

You could make it fit.
You do realise its from a much heavier bike ?

Wouldn't be too concerned about the weight, the thing appears to be relatively adjustable, probably off a track bike that someone has since fitted Ohlins to and now they have a spare shock to ditch which has been flogged....
Also it says the preload, compression, rebound, etc are all adjustable....
