There's only three people on my list. Most of you are safe.

In other news, I saw RED last night, I enjoyed it.

I'd give it 7 thumbs up.
Standard action film with a little humour and conspiracy mixed in for good measure. I found it thoroughly enjoyable..
Oh and it has Bruce Willis, Morgan Freeman, Dame Helen Mirren and JOHN FUCKING MALKOVICH ACTUALLY I CHANGE MY MIND IT NOW GETS 11 OUT OF 10!
It also has Ernst Borgnine playing this crusty old dood, which was pretty awesome.

At any rate, recommended if you want to kill off a couple of hours at the cinema in an enjoyable fashion. Not as stupidly action as say, Die Hard 4.0 or The Expendables, probably closer to Iron Man levels, but without the added awesome of Robert Downey JrOH WAIT IT HAS MALKOVITH, FORGET ABOUT EVERY OTHER ACTOR!!!

Seriously, his character is completely mental. Just like him. It's awesome.

I did take some photo's for you, but they are being held prisoner by my phone, so these will have to do:

Fuck Warren Ellis. Motherfucker is the biggest cock tease in the comic industry. Fucker keeps starting new series, does about four issues and then just stops before moving onto something else. Need to get him on some ritolin.

    Evening Pub.
I bitched out of my ride after two punctures.

Whilst waiting for a lift, I saw an F430 get pulled by the rozza's.
Don't know what for, but the chaps were out of the car after the fuzz left with their heads in their hands...

Nah, liquor. Basically, old man got talking to a DIY distiller up NOR somewhere, and the returns in terms of volume were very reasonable for the price. The fact you can make, various liquors from it is attractive too. However there's no point doing it if it tastes like shit.

I would comment on the taste, but I truly don't remember.

Have no doubt on the potency.

    What's the flavour like?

Blind test, could/would you be able to tell it apart from a branded spirit?

FWIW, I'm pretty sure deathpunch has been branded.

    Yes and Yes.
Ended up with about 11-12L of spirits.
Bought the flavourings from a U brew it store and used them. The guy I did it with made some whiskey using the oak chips you can buy, he added a little bit of honey or something to smooth it out and sweeten a little bit. Everyone who had it thought it was great.

I made an awesome mullberry one. Picked a tub of fresh mullberries (but you could use any or even a mix). Put them in a big bowl and topped up with the pure spirit we got from the still until it just about covered the top of the berries. Left it for a few days (3) and the drained, coat the left over berries with sugar and sit for another few days. Doing this gets the good flavour fit form the berries. Alternatively you could just mash them through a strainer however i found the perfect amount of sugar to ad was the same amount I used to remove the moisture from the berries.

That process left me with a really nice purple coloured alcomahol which was great in summer when added to some lemonade or sparkling water or whatever people want to drink it with.
We did a similar process with strawberries but the initial time require for the first soak had to be about 2 weeks for them due to the fact they are a more firm fruit.

Same process again but with mango flesh, then added coconut milk and a few other things and turned it in to a nice punch style thing for a party.

really, so long as you are creative about what you put in it you will end up with some pretty nice and very cheap alcohol.
I did however make the mistake of storing some in a washed out sweet chilli sauce bottle. I really washed them out multiple times with lots of detergent and everything. However the alcohol still got a super intence chilli flavour. It would have wasted 1L of pure spirit if it werent for people finding it amusing to do shots of.
