If you were coming from the conditions those people came from you would probably do the same.

My mum lived in a "detention centre" when she first came to Australia. It wasn't called that then, but it didn't have the air conditioning and other luxuries it does now. She was white (she still is FYI), and it was alright for people to live like that, now they are coloured with all the bells and whitsles, suddenly its inhumane.

Desperate parents would throw themselves into an ocean before they threw their children.

We had an Australian born Lebanese engineer at work the other day hear part of our conversation from another table and put in a racial descrimination complaint to the production superintendant. We were talking about kebabs. Peters by the Sea compared to other, more out of the way kebab shops to be specific.

He was offended because he believed we were referring to him and the other lebanese on site as "Kebabs" WTF.

Now I have something to be really dark about.

and that right there is the problem with racism. The people with the issues are always the ones playing the 'racist' card. For some it's probably the only way they can get anywhere in life.

^^I had a very fun night two evenings ago, five local ladies loudly browsed our spirit isle and one of them had to leave rather urgently as the others threw questions at me at the counter, Luckily the I was able relieve the lady leaving of a 1125ml bottle of beam that had snuck itself under her jacket.
I apologized to the remaining ladies and told them that they would not be getting served tonight.

Apparently I'm a rascist white c**t...
