I don't know if this has been posted before or not. But I only found about this site today.

I received 3 telemarketer calls last week and a friend told me about this Government website where you can list your numbers and telemarketers etc are required by law to check if your number is listed, if it is they are NOT ALLOWED to call you.

Anyway I submitted, it takes 2 minutes to register and receive the confirmation email.

It's a start I don't see why charities should be exempt!

On the news they said market researchers are also exempt. 99% of all the unwanted calls I get are market research

Triple J were saying that people registered on the list were more prone to getting the allowed calls.

3) Sunday 8th July 2007 - The third event is my own - Conscious Parenting Workshop
The common misconception I often read about in parenting books is the idea that parenting is a lot of hard work, full of sacrifices and the constant implementation of rules and disciplines. For me that couldn’t be further from the truth. In fact if it were true then I certainly wouldn’t be the wonderful father I am today. I think that if you pre-frame parenting in this light then you really are setting yourself a hard task. Unfortunately this is how many people today approach parenting and the results speak for themselves.

Great parenting is actually very easy, once you know how..... (see flyer for details )
