Room To Rent - GONE !!!

Hi All,
Just wondering if there is anyone on here that might be chasing a room to rent in the Belmont area.

I have a 3x2 townhouse and desperately wanting to find a new housemate. Mine has officially done my head in..... (those of you that have met him will understand why )

So you would have your own bathroom, own living area etc etc. There is lock up vehicle area for bikes / cars (although i chose just to have my bike in there).

Anyways, i guess im kind of open to negotiation in cost etc etc for the right person. The town house is $365.00 / week. The current house mate pays half.
