What's kept you from telling her up until now dude? It's probably not as obvious as when a guy likes a girl, but you should at least have a feeling that she's into you by the way she interacts with you already.

If you don't think there's a chance at success here, then don't tell her, but be prepared to be emotionally fucked over when she brings another guy home though

Flat out asking her out to dinner seems a little too confronting given your current living arrangements. Could make things awkward. I'd suggest just doing stuff around the house with her first. Try flirting with her when you're both washing up the dishes or something menial (seriously) and get away from the typical 'dinner and movies' dating scene. See how she reacts when her guards down and just being herself.

The problem with dinner is when people get dressed up they tend to put on a persona too which can hamper your efforts and put pressure on the whole evening.

And if it does all go bad, be aware of one-itis. Go out and meet as many other women as you can to take the edge off it and help prevent slipping into the post-rejection depression that can occur.

My experience is that if the girl hasn't already made it clear that she likes you ('likes' - as in she's attracted to you - not 'as a friend') - then you'd be better off keeping your feelings to yourself - or risk cringing with embarrassment whenever you remember the incident for the rest of your life.

If you MUST say something - tell you you think she's hot and you'd like to take her out - not that you 'love' her.

At the end of the day, my 2c worth is that if she has shown no sign of having the hots for you (and when girls like you it's usually pretty obvious) - I'd suggest moving out. You can easily find someone to take over your lease.

Thanks a lot for all your advise guys. And trust me, I have advised myself all this stuff before and have also been advised by other mates of mine. I think I have had enough. I am not ready to keep this supressed inside me anymore. Its screwed my mind up a lot. Its affected my daily life, my friends say so.
And frankly speaking, I don't know if she has the slightest bit of interest in me and I really don't care. I just gotta tell her whats on my mind and then relieve myself of this stress, thats eating me up like a virus.

I will definitely tell her. And like I mentioned in one of the previous posts, I will do so on May 14 after I have blown the candles and made my wish. Lets see if wishes do come true.
