And resurrecting threads where people are hurt is poor form. We've already had a few people get worried when they suddenly see a message that a mate has been in a crash. Same thing with posts from deceased members suddenly being on the front page, brings back painful memories.

What does it achieve?

To some people it may be just another thread but to others it is extremely painful or just plain annoying.
I don't want to open up PSB and nearly have a heart attack when I see one of my mates has been in a crash only to find it was an old thread - nor would I want to see one of my own old threads bumped. Having to hold my breath until I check the date on the first post is ridiculous.

Show some sensitivity and some common sense.

I went looking through the old posts recently to see if it was the same old shit all the way through the records.
What i found was an interesting insight into some of the people that i have seen here but dont post a great deal (anymore). Some of the opinions they voiced when they first joined helped make more sense to their current posts. Put more perspective on their personalities.
There is so much whining and bitching on here that it is nice to read some of the funny stuff that people used to say. I figure that if they keep open records why not troll through them and make comment on what you read. (Accidents aside). As usual, if you dont like them dont read them, or check the date and dont read any further.
