With the deathy penalty the govt doesnt decide who lives and dies .. a jury does. And its usually only applicable to the most heinous of crimes. I am all for it.

Juries aren't necessarily the answer. I'm for the death penalty, but it has been applied wrongly so many times you've got to wonder...
