That's a trike mate.....
reminds me of that Noel Fielding / Mighty Boosh skit on mash ups...
Its a bit of a motorcycle....and a bit of a plane.... (but not quite as good as either)

I don't care if it's not a bike or a "real" plane. 150mph the way the crow flies into work = epic commute win.

Pity you would have to be breaking the speed limit in order to take off, kinda making it illegal to fly if you start from a road not an air strip.
Intelligence and education are three sides of the same coin.
No. I'm guessing stalling speed will be below 100kph, making it able to take off from the freeway without speeding.
What will make it illegal to take off from the freeway is the fact that it is illegal to take off from a public street or roadway.
(and extending the wings will make it wider than a car lane.)

Nah, stall speed = 66mph... As far as cameras go, install an electronic blocker and activate it as you approach the posted speed limit = no fines from cameras... As long as you didn't take off in front of a police car that had already seen you before you accelerated, you'd be fine there too... Could they pick up something that small/low flying on radar?

You betcha. They can pick up large RC model aircraft and controlled airspace is ground level for the majority of the metro area.
Buying/using one of these will require a sports pilots licence and adhering to the appropriate light aircraft rules.... which means you will have to ride to jandakot or serpentine before taking off.... so would have limited use as far as practicalities of transport.

That sounds unreasonable. Needs more radar absorbant coatings... Sure, you might be a little more likely to get shot down if you're located, and it probably won't be cheap... But it seems a fair trade off for avoiding traffic lights.
