I've wiped out the entire planet about 3 times so far... do it with a parasite, sell your 1st symptom, then crank up all your resistances, especially vaccines, then spread with rodents, insects, air to begin with.
build up level to resistance, then go for water, then build up the other resistances from there. Once everyone is infected, start the slaughter... mwahahahahahaha

i think it's how quickly you kill people... with a virus it wipes them out really quick, but is hard to get into every country, where a parasite goes everywhere but takes ages to build up points to make it more deadly..
