Its actually the NOS...its releasing pressure to fill in the gaps before you use it.

somewhere around here i got a vid off a scooter's solinoid getting fried after a shot of Nos.. the dude bins it at an apparent speed of 120mph, not k's! and is wearing no helmet, shorts and a t-shirt..! the dude gets mangled as u can imagine... now where did i put it....
