All I need to do is grab the rules I came up with in this thread
Make a few adjustments
et voila :
SCOOTA GP Rules
There will be only one category, 50cc or similar capacity electric engines only
Regulations :
#1. The scoota must hold 1 carton of 24 beveridges and one bag of ice bare minimum, at the completion of every second lap one beveridge must be consumed in the pits by the rider, pre mixes are allowed, however due to the higher alcohol content the rider must stop every three laps. No mid strength beer is allowed, if caught breaching this then you will be black flagged an not allowed to continue in the race. If you want to consume wine, that's fine - on your head be it. Home brew is allowed but must be "randomly tested" for alcohol content by the scrutineers. If the homebrew gets the scrutineers plastered then the race will go ahead, but just be ready for random rules to be added during the race.
#2. The empty must be given to the crew chief who must place the empty in an appropriate recycling container.
#3. Failure to do so will be penalised a six pack stop go penalty
#4. Stubbie holders are optional.
#5. Scruitineering will be done 30 minutes prior to race start.
#6. Sprint race lap distances will be determined on the day during the riders briefing by vote.
#7. Endurance races will be 80 laps minimum, both riders must be named 48 hours prior to the race, both riders must do a total of 50% race distance, it is up to individual teams as to how these are completed. By half race distance both riders must have done at least 20 laps. See Rule #12 for further information.
#8. Pit stops for fuel and beveridges are allowed. The pit window will open at 10% race distance and close at 90%. During the stop there can be no refuelling while the rider is consuming the beveridge, topping up the esky is allowed only when it is empty.
#9. The crew chief is responsible for the control of the Scoota while it is being serviced, including the the crew chief, only three pit crew to be "over the wall/line" while servicing the racer, in endurance races this will be increased to four crew, one of which must be the co-rider, they may need to assist the rider from the scoota depending in the level of inebriaion.
#10. The Safety Scoota will be deployed when a competitor falls off their machine, the other riders may heap ridicule, derision or trash talk to the fallen rider as they see fit. During Safety Scoota periods the pits will be closed until 1 lap under the safety scoota is completed.
#11. The Safety Scoota rider must also consume a beveridge every second lap, or third lap if drinking pre-mix.
#12. Riders can 'double up' making each lap count for 2, if more than half of the teams announce at the pre-race briefing that they intend to double up that is fine, then all teams must double up then to make it fair, if you have two males in your team then it sucks to be you. All female teams are to be encouraged rather enthuisiastically.
If anyone has suggestions for additional rules or additions to the current rules feel free to chuck them in, in my book the more confusing increases the comedy potential.
