Isn't it a fake? After the first misfire he racks the slide again and no shell flies out. Then click again. Then he looks straight down the barrel. At that angle it should have scalped him.

My guess is he is using reloads, hence the problemsIt's not uncommon with reloads for there to be problems with feeding, extraction, ejection etc and hang-fires if the person doing the reloading is a noob or just plain stupid which this guy obviously is
I've used people reloads before and had extraction/ejection problems and I'm no noob, didn't look down the barrel though
As for scalping him, with the length of barrel, tight choke and the closeness to the muzzle the pellets/wad etc would be coming out as a solid column, it wouldn't have had time to spread
