So she has bugger all in the cleavage department. What is the breast thing? (hence my reason for the post - which has educated me somewhat). The fact she felt the need to get implants to continue in her 'field' is kinda sad, and reduces all women in that to a generic image, which has been reinforced by the responses. Viva le difference!
