Missing a loved one

Today I sit and ponder the good times and memories I have of my Grandfather who died one year ago.....omg how it hurts to remember the good times!

I have cried so many tears over the last year and still struggle to come to terms with my first real loss. Someone so close to me who meant so much and as much as I know he's in a better place I still wish so bad that he was here.

Today I cry tears of joy when I remember the funny things he did, tears of sadness because he is gone and tears because he never got to meet the man who is now a great part of my life. Thank you Alan for being my rock and for still loving me through my crazy emotions.
