Fark, it's never good to hear of any person going to that perfect track in the sky, but even worse when it's someone close to home.

Can happen to anyone.

You will be sadly missed mate, may all your rides from now on be the best.

Im assuming he went out on his bike? I wonder what the crash people thought of the writing on his fuel tank.."it's just a stone chip, it'll buff out"!!

It is hell sad that he's gone (I always dread that one day someone will post an RIP thread when the person is not deceased! I guess that's called denial?) but I did have a teary laugh at that vision.

Ride on Gordo, you'll never wear that front wheel out now!

I will never forget the night I saw your pink gixxer flying up Karrinyup Road...I was still in my school uniform then and didnt know the front of a bike from the back, but it was that moment I wanted to learn to ride, I wanted to see a small glimpse of the world that you made look so amazing.
Of all the times I'd see you at a ride, at scarbs, at the dome...I wish I could have told you that, and thanked you for it in person..

RIP Gordy..

Very sad and shocking news.

Sorry to hear it.

Will always remember Gordo wheelying his furry bike across Serpentine Dam and hoping he wouldn't stuff up and take out all our parked bikes - or us! (of course, he didn't!)

RIP.
