    RIP Patrick Warren

We have found out that my twin brother Patrick passed away on Nanga Road near Dwellingup doing what he loved, on his BMW R1200S.

It was the most beautiful weather of the year for riding so we know he would have had the biggest smile on his face while riding.

Our deepest sympathys go out to his friends that he was riding with at the time. We hope you are all OK on this saddest of days.

If you were riding with our bro Patrick today, we would like to get in touch as we don't know how to contact any of you.

    Andrew Warren

It surely was a beautiful day for a ride today, sympathy and condolences to you and your family.

My husband Andy was not riding in his group, he was in the one that came along when the ambulance was in attendance.

Much like my brother - some never understand, but of course always a tragedy, as no-one full of, and enjoying, life plans to die. Condolences to all, and celebrate him...

Patrick was riding in a group of 7 on a private ride. I was towards the front of a separate group of 9 riders who arrived just after the ambulance so I am guessing around 15 - 20 minutes after the accident.

Patrick went though some gravel which had been recently put on the shoulder of the road and a car(s) have left evidence of flicking it up onto the road. The entire bend was covered in gravel that could not be seen and everyone there was amazed and terrified that such a danger could be deliberately left on the road without any signage.

This is all the information that I have for you and wish you the best of luck in finding some of the other 6 riders in his group.

I am really sorry for your loss and my condolences go out to you and your family & friends at this tough time.
