It was Roller's(Rohan) birthday on 3rd June so we went up to his accident site and did a revamp on his memorial. The road had been resurfaced but fortunately that had not interfered with it.
Looks good eh........
Nice! I always pay my respects everytime i go past.

Miss ya mate.
It has a dual purpose. ~ Tom Smitheringale
It was two years ago, on the 27th October 2008 that Roller so suddenly lost his life. I have not had internet access for the last few days.
Mike and I will soon be leaving Perth to live in Tasmania and we were hoping that some members might take on the task of keeping an eye on Rohan's memorial, on Del Park Road.
Thank you all for your kind thoughts over the last two years, it is time for me to try to only remember the better memories and not dwell on just such a tragic loss.
Best wishes to you all.
Best wished RollersMum with Tasmania. My Mum and Dad spent time there and loved the place. I visted a few times and loved the place.
I hope that some here can help you with the memorial. I have stopped by it when I do trips for work in Boddington.
Best wishes to you and Mike

Someone want to pm me the location on Del Park, im gonna be on a cruise in the cage next Saturday thru there and will stop by.
I knew him as he was the safety rep on another crew up here where i work when he passed. They definately still remember him.
Three years today.....I ask once again for those who knew Rohan to spare a moment to think of him,
and for those who did not know him to spare a thought for a fellow rider who died doing what he loved.
Please ride safe, the pain left behide is too hard to describe.
Penny & Mike, always.
Roller will never be forgotten, he has a league of true friends in this crowd.
I will never forget that day.
Penny our thoughts are with you.
You know better than us that it is still one day at a time.
Stay strong.( Most of the time)
It is comforting to know that his friends will never forget him.

Hi Penny, I can't understand how hard today must be for you but my thoughts are with you.

Penny, i think i remember you moved east? Are you back again?
I rode past Rollers Memorial on Wednesdsay last week and it was still in good condition.
I still work at Rollers last workplace, but only a handful of his old crew remain.
Thoughts to you and family on this sad anniversary.
When the only tool you have is a hammer, every thing starts to look like a nail
Yes, we moved to tasmania, and we are still here......it is very beautiful and restful......we live on a great long twisty road and see many motor bike riders enjoying them selves as hey ride past... Can"t understand why they still give me a thrill.....
Thank you all for your thoughts.
Hi Penny
I went to the memorial on Tuesday Evening 25.10.11 and took a photo for you as promised.
Hope you are OK today.
