    RSM Darren Chant Q-Coy

    Goodbye mate.

You were a soldier's soldier and I am proud to have served with you.

Through the good times and bad I will never raise a glass with a better friend.

Tom, I'm sorry to hear this.
One of the victims was Warrant Officer Darren Chant of the Grenadier Guards, a father of three who was born in Walthamstow. Today his pregnant widow, Nausheen, said: “I am devastated by the loss of my husband. Our unborn son will never meet his father, but he will know him through his legacy. His incomparable courage and selflessness humbled all those who knew and loved him.”
    Lest We Forget.
Close your eyes and open your mind, as you become aware of your breathing slowing down... feel the deepest presence in every contraction and expansion as the invigorgating and calming oxygen floats you into a cloud of love and acceptance... As you relax, you will begin to feel the insight of your own existence... You are now at peace... You now agree with all of the opinions in this post... You cannot imagine why you ever felt otherwise.
