Bike & Car Detailing

If anyone wants their bike or car detailed by some damn good professionals, give Austin @ "Attention to Detail" a call. I was talking to him today and he's quite happy detailing bikes, and only used top-quality products such as Auto-Glyn. He has a team of about 6 guys so can always fit you in. Anything from a simple wash and clean to waxing, polishing and possibly some buffing.

EDIT - Okay, spoken to him and got some rough costings. Prices are based on a fairly standard sports bike, if you've got something special, ring for firmer price.

Simple wash and clean - $30 -> 35
Full detail including polish - $100 -> 150 **This depends on how much chrome & metal you have to polish, etc.

They can do "some" buffing out of light scratches, best on metal tanks, but can do a little on plastics, but that all needs to be visually looked at before quoting on. Probably looking at minimum of $200 he reckons.

I'm a bit of a noob to this detailing jargon. Isn't detailing doing the inside of the car too (vacuuming, cleaning etc)?

if it's a car, then yes. vacuum, cleean, wipe down, polish any chrome bits, etc.
