From memory their network is still 2 parts, the curriculum side is not handled by the guys at DET (I haven't worked there in a while) so they will only be able to help if it is the admin side of the network, but I could be wrong. it's been known to happen on occasion.
There's a few on the DET helpdesk and support staff on here that may be able to pipe up

I used to do all the IT work for that place, back when there was only one DET linked machine in the main office I was never allowed to touch. This was obviously many years ago.
Those were the days...

Unless you can tell me how much bandwidth I can have and if Im able to use the single spare port on the existing cisco routers in the tech and middle buildings then no. That does realy help

most schools (non-100SP) schools sort out their own interwebz and the DET guys don't like foreign objects being inserted into their spare orifices

I can ask for you come tomorrow.
I'd say no, them purdy cisco routers aren't meant to have anything else plugged into them. Something to do with a Standard Operating Environment.
If you're Ednet, plug into a curric port. Then it's completely your bag.
If you're 100SP, I'd say you're not gonna have much luck...
