Boss has started scamming customers by charging them for services that he tells us not to do. Then when they come back and complain has a go at us for not doing our jobs properly.

ie. New GTS yesterday. Was only a few months old and wasn't dirty at all. Told me to do simple wash and vac on it plus a polish. Which would cost the owner about $77. I get there this morning and boss has a go at me about makeup all over the dash etc which I would have done if it was there for the full detail.

What he had done was charge the customer for a full detail and tried to scam a few bucks by telling us to do the lesser one.

So not cool!!!
