Mostly builders/new homes. Mainly work with Perceptions & Impressions & a few others, but private work welcome too, tho it would more than likely have to be weekend, as we are flat out during the week with the builders. I live in Jolimont - next to Subiaco, and work almost exclusively north of the river, although I don't mind the occasional trip south.
