OKay this week I have had possibly the best service I have experienced in bike shops in the last 20 years.

Firstly, Craig at Pal n Panther, great service, took the time to call suppliers and query about mixing and matching products, great price and prompt service - absolute legend

Secondly the boys at Northside, again honest reliable quote on 2 labour only jobs, my bike is ready at the time when promised, excellent price and even though I bought a replacement part for 1 of the labour only jobs and gave that replacement part to them with instructions to fit, when I pick my bike up, the cost of the job is a lot less than the quote because the part on my bike was not actually defective and my new part is handed back to me with a friendly 'it just needed a quick adjustment mate, no charge!!' Big ups to you doods too!

Oh and to the bloke at the shop on Scarborough Bch Road, firstly not being able to give a quote on labour only jobs and then when pressed saying 3 hours to fit brake lines - SURE MATE
