Permanant Helpdesk Position
Essential skills
Helpdesk / Desktop commercial experience.
Good knowledge of commercial applications and utility software including but not limited to:
· Microsoft office,
· Microsoft outlook
· Active Directories
· Citrix
· Virus checking software
· Remote Access
· Helpdesk call logging software.
Strong customer service skills, coupled with excellent written and oral communications.
Beneficial but not necessary
Exposure to server, network and desktop operating systems and protocols from Exchange, Windows XP, Access, Excel, and Windows 2000/2003 server.
Installation and configuration and support of PC Hardware and peripherals.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
High Level problem handling and resolving skills.
Good knowledge of networked and local printer technology.

Basically the position will be working with me and the IT manager, good friendly guys, we have a laugh everyday and works pretty cruisy, but still gets busy at times.
The it manager and myself are willing to teach you a range of things including citrix, exchange, sql, programming and a range of other things to help you move up the IT ladder.
