Hello peoples

I have a leaking water pipe from behind the toilet. It comes out of the wall to a tap and then into the toilet itself. The tap itself is leaking and there's some pretty severe water hammer going on every time you flush.

it's been hammering for bout a week and only this arvo have i noticed water on the tiles - guess that means it's getting worse?

Anyone a plumber or is that a simple DIY fix??

Easy fix mate. Just go the easy way about it and just replace the whole tap unit.

All plumbing must be done by a licenced plumbing contractor or your home and contents insurance is null and void.

Same with electrical work.

So as for it being a simple DIY fix, no it's not.

But if you want to risk it then knock yourself out.
