A short time ago I commenced employment with Knight Frank in the Office & Retail Leasing Division. As it hapens we have some retail space coming available in Ellenbrook.

If anyone requires retail space, has a family member that does or has a suggestion of what retailer should go to Ellenbrook - please post or PM me.

Also with the state of the current office space in the Perth Market if anyone is working in a company and they are looking for office accomodation for lease please contact me.

Looking for 15,000m2 of vacant land to be used as a truck depot.

Ideally around Hazelmere.

Must have good access for large trucks.

Congrats, you might find you will be managing a few properties where I have an interest.
