Prefer people with a mechanical aptitude, HR licence and fork ticket however training will be provided to anyone with the right attitude.

As per any trainee ship you would get paid to learn, ie if you know nothing you would actually be costing the company money and they will be paying for you to get fork ticket, HR licence, Earthmoving tyre fitting ticket so its all relevant.

Yes when you start and know nothing you would be paid accordingly, the training is very intensive and a switched on person would move to the top pay level within a year, then you could go work on the mines as a contractor if you wished.

You can’t honestly expect to earn top dollars when you have no experience.
