Wanted: Car mechanic
Hey,
I've got a 2001 Lancer 4 door, 1.8L. I don't know when the timing belt was changed last, and is in the back of my mind that it needs changing. I've finally got around to start getting quotes to get it done, then thought someone on PSB might be able to help.
So, i need a timing belt replaced.
Is anyone here a mechanic or know any good mechanics around the Ballajura/North of the River area?
Thanks
Adam
EDIT:
The car is currently at 136,000kms but i have no record of when it was done last, as i bought it about 20,000kms ago. So i was thinking it might be good as a precaution and a bit of piece of mind.

Lancer Timing Belt Change!
The Timing Belt Is Due For Replacment At 100,000 Kms, And Should Be Replaced At The 90000 Service Or The 105000 Service.
If I Can Help Give Me A Call On 0415746665. Done lots Of Them And Are Very Easy To Do. just to let you know the 1.8lt eci engine is not free running(the valves and pistons will have a big party).
