WANTED : Mortgage agent / finance person

Long story short, we want to refinance our house and consolidate a couple of loans together. The house is in Kalgoorlie Boulder and is in positive territory, so we're not overfinanced or anything retarded like that.

We're not talking millions of bucks in debt we can't handle, but we're just paying too much interest and it would be easier for us to organise one payment a fortnight instead of four or five.

We *were* going to use Bankwest, and everything seemed rosy until today they turned around and said "OMG Soz, can't finance joo 'cos you are on probation at werk, kklah"

I am still under the probationary period with work for another 12 weeks, but there is no question I will be staying on after that, unless I get a better offer in the meantime. The only time I have been unemployed, was when I said "Fuck this" and gave myself an extended holiday. Being gainfully employed hasn't ever been a problem with me and I will never leave a job with debts to pay. I am a low-risk-motherfucker.

Can somebody please recommend a group that can give us a decent deal and let us give them money, or if anybody in PSB is 'in the game', please drop me a line as I would love to hear from you.

Don't know about the probabtion thingy, but they've been the best bank (or thereabouts) according to Cannex for sometime. Have had a few mortgages with them and refinancing has always been a piece of cake.
