Wanted: roof repairs & rendering
As the title says:

I have 2 houses that need minor leaks identified and fixed as well as I think on one, a general fixing of ridge capping etc and then a seal.

Also I need a small 10 metres low level wall (about 5 course) with 4 pillars (about 18 course) rendered.
