Wanted someone for Maintenance and/or repair work
The units I live in need a few things fixing. I have received some quotes and to be honest am over the whole process.
Is anyone able to do the following or know someone that is reliable and willing to do the work at a reasonable price
Repair to a limestone wall
Apply nonslip surface to steps & paint apply some paint to the edges
Minor electrical Repair work
THIS IS PAID WORK as long as the person can produce an invoice for the units accounting purposes.
Work is North of the River
Also if anyone knows a RELIABLE ceiling fixed not someone that either can't be arsed turning up to give a quote or will actually send a quote and be prepared to do the work. Its only a small job but it needs fixing as the ceiling is sagging badly and is breaking.
