I have two sets of rear speaker mounts for walls, that are sitting around- one is brand new in the box still the other came off the wall that I put my bose speakers... if you're keen, I'll grab tham and post some pictures...

Go to altronics/jaycar/rs/atkins carlisle and get a roll dynalink whopper wire, it'll cost you <100 bucks and you could wire your entire house with it if you wanted too. Used it on a 3.5KW system with no noticeable quality drop(as compared to shure e500's). I've heard people say that it's poor quality cable, however, from my personal experience they were plainly talking out of their ass and/or trying to sell me monster cables.
