Here we have for sale a 2004 Ford BA Falcon sedan. 4.0 litre 6 cylinder 4 speed auto.
It has 105,000klm on the clock, 2 new and 2 near-new tyres and rego till June. Being a 2004 model, it is a later build BA (but not a MKII) so it avoids all the build quality niggles that plagued the 2002 models. Just serviced (engine AND transmission) with books.
It has all the bits and pieces you would expect in a late model car including aircon, cruise control, CD player, driver and passenger airbag, ABS brakes etc. Interior is as new and whilst the paintwork has a few shopping trolley and car door dings courtesy of people who don't give a shit about anyone else's stuff, the car is in great condition, and drives really well. No rattling, squeaking or shaking (or noise at all) from this car. No parts falling off or blown headgaskets or any of the drivel the Ford haters come up with. I took it down south over the Easter long weekend and put 1000klm on it over the course of the weekend, and it didn't miss a beat. The car is not modified, save for window tint and a towbar.
It still has the unused, factory spare tyre in the boot.
Unfortunately this lovely car must be sold as I have just joined the legions of Australians oppressed by a mortgage (!!!) and I need the money that is tied up in this car to put towards my house and pay off a couple of debts/loans. I rarely use it these days anyway because I ride a motorbike to work every day.
If you are looking for a reasonably priced family car that is strong, safe and reliable, you couldn't do much better.
Price is $12,500 ono.
PM me for more info.
