BSWTK: What is fair revenge for a near miss?

Ive had my fair share of gripes within 500m of my house with drivers cruising down the middle of streets, pulling out on me, not obeying signs, one even drove into the back corner of my old man's bike as he was going around a round about (but that was brushed off by the car driver when he had a look and said "its OK mate- my car isnt damaged" and drove off) And I had another last night.

A car cut a corner at a stop sign I was approaching so bad his entire car was over the stop sign line on my side of the road- He wasnt even remotely on his side of the road. I had to E-brake to stop from hitting him head-on. I high beamed him as his drivers window cut infront of my headlights- he didnt even look.
He then turned into the driveway next to me.

Just wondering what the general concensus is on this- Im loathed to damage anything of his permanently, but in a street of manicured lawns, would an accidentally dropped bottle of brake fluid/diesel/weed killer be over the top?

What would you do?

Call it extreme if you like, but I propose we hit it hard and we hit if fast with a major - and I mean major - leaflet campaign, and while it's reeling from that we'd follow up with a whist drive, a car boot sale, some street theatre and possibly even some benefit concerts.

Apart from that, nothing. Anything you do will not change their attitude towards bikes or you personally (its more likely to aggrevate the situation). They will still drive that way because they really don't care. Be a man, get past it and don't let them spoil the rest of your day

He's probably old school (Or was taught old school) where you lengthen the corner as much as possible, back in the days of cross ply tyres that's how you drove.

I f you want to cause him an inconvenience get his plate, report to cops he's dropping burnouts in the street.

Cant- Hit and runs are dropped if you dont have rego or driver details. Ive had it before- Got car description, but unless there is a rego its fruitless.

Get rego and lodge complaint with police. Even if they do nothing, there will be something on record for future reference - and spin it as far as possible on the endangered life and limb aspect.

Otherwise, short of an AK47, there's probably not much you can do, legally. My wife severely remonstrates them, but, she's expecting to be worked over, one day when she does that......
