Just have to wonder how truthful what the guy (Tucker Max) wrote is - considering how drunk etc he gets.

Murphy: So what do you think?
Connor: I'm strangely comfortable with it.

Read "One Day" recently and it was extremely good. Interesting way of telling a story, and was very poignant.

I see they've made it into a film though, with Anne Hathaway, fucksake. Oh, how I want to poke her in her googly eyes.

A Boy Called "It" by Dave Pelzer.
Its a true story, written by the kid (who is now grown up). Its very sad, and hard to believe that a kid could go through that, and survive.

Very powerful story. Make sure you read all three books. Its amazing that he achieved all that he has considering his past.

    2) 127 hours - feels a bit ghost-written though, but more engaging than the movie

    3) Sex at Dawn - by Ryan and Jetta. Discovering the origins of human sexuality

Yeah, I've got all 3 books in one
It certainly is amazing that he even got through his childhood!

The Contortionists Handbook by Craig Clevenger is the best book I've read in nearly a decade. There is a reason why Pahliunik, Irvine Welsh, Douglas Coupland, and my other favs rate this as one of the all time great first novels.

Yep, hasn't had a bad hit rate with me 1 for 1 so far, unlike my other favourites of late, Palahniuk, Easton-Ellis.

Really into the new Le Carre book, "Our Kind of Traitor". I was disappointed with "Single and Single", which was the first of his I read outside the Smiley/cold war series, so I figured cold war stuff might be all he could do.

I will be getting a hold of "The Constant Gardiner" next, I reckon.

Edit: Oh yeah, and I also thought "The Mission Song" sucked.

Forrest Griffin Got Fight? Dude can tell a story and has some great one liners. His chapters on Sex before a fight and gym cleanliness have been highlights so far.
