A motorcycle is a joy machine. It's a machine of wonders, a metal bird, a motorized prosthetic. It's light and dark and shiny and dirty and warm and cold lapping over each other; it's a conduit of grace, it's a catalyst for bonding the gritty and the holy.
Few sounds excited more as a youngster than hearing astro boy coming on.
For pure sound though, bananaman was pretty awesome too.

There is something about Muppet babies that really taps into a special part of nostalgia for me, Im not sure why.
Also did anyone else notice that Better by Screaming jets is basically a slowed down version of Fraggle rock?

The Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers intro was good in a tacky power chord kinda way, but not a cartoon...
The Batman cartoon series from the early 90s had a pretty good intro too.

I couldn't agree more. I really hope they use this theme in the up coming movie.
Not a cartoon but the theme song which constantly got stuck in my head as a kid was the round the twist intro.
Oh hells yeah. I found a torrent with the whole series recently. I was surprised at just how much double entendre there was in those scripts.
