What do you collect? Or what have you collected in the past?

Anything goes, 1960's playboy mags, coca-cola memoribillia, stamps, etc...

DWTK rules apply, no "that is gay" or "there was this one time, and band camp..." or anything to do with bike parts (cos it doesn't count). BONA FIDE collectors only!

I collect Empire Magazines - still missing issue #1 and November '06 though

I also used to collect keyrings - generally ones from towns. not so much into it anymore as when i was 12.

stubby holders. every pub i went into, every town i worked in, i'd grab a stubby holder.

dunno how many, but they go all the way round the room, 2 high

at least they're more useful than the wifes cow collection

Australian circulated coins. 1$, 50 and 20 cents. If you actually pay attention when you get change, there are some really nice designs in circulation.

I collect rare kids books - and it's a bloody expensive hobby!! When the books were less rare I had no $$$ and by the time I had a reasonable job/salary the prices had gone sky-high.

A nice friend saved me $500 a couple of years back by GIVING me her copy of a really rare one for my birthday, but there's still plenty more out there in $1K-$1500 price bracket that I still need to complete the collection - Anyone got any spare Brent-Dyers they want to donate ;-) !!!

Also got one of the few totally complete sets of Guinness Books of Records in existence - every year since 1955 ;-)

i speculate on comic books being made into movies and therefore going up in value (mainly coz i cant afford the really expensive ones atm)
