Few ones from me-
When i was about 5 i got my little finger slammed in the door coz the wind blew it shut. Still got the scars and it opened up the finger so i could see 2 of the 3 bones in it.
Few years ago was sliding down an embankment on a board, hit a small tree stump and seem my knee was gashed to the bone. That wasnt nice, i couldnt walk for over a week.
but number 1 injury was when i was in year 1. Somehow i thought it was a good idea to balance a plank of wood on a motorbike helmet and ride over it on my pushy. Needless to say i fell off, had the bike hit me in the gut and found out i gashed my liver 2 inches!. All i remember is i did it on a tuesday and woke up on sunday. not nice.

My jacket was still on fire when i stood up and my mates tackled me to the ground to put me out.
From there I dont remember much apart from waking up in emergency.
Injurys were,
Burning all my face/nose passage and 3rd degree burns to both my hands.
Skin grafts to my right hand which took nearly 2 years to heal.
To top it all off, I was in hospital and had no smokes so I decided to walk down to the servo (about half a k away) in my gown and the drip thingy on the pole.
On the way back enjoying a nice smoke I clipped a curb while going up and fell to the ground ripping the drip straight out of my arm. (blood every where)
Lets just say the nurses were not happy. (but I was after the shot of morph)

Getting it out wasn't much fun either....but that wasn't the worst bit...the worst bit was flying out later that week. My now infected foot exploded like a balloon, for the entire 1 hour flight with me screaming in pain.
Well that's most of the stupid ones. A couple more, but they were self inflicted!!

Ouch, I really hate that stuff. Done that, thrown back about 2m by the voltage of the starter motor. Almost no amperage so nothing but a slight lingering tingle and having the breath knocked out of me.
Several falls off a pushbike, doing stupid things like breaking the front forks off (not just breaking them, but breaking them off) after doing a jump on bike not equipped to do it, falling off the bike at 80 km/h with nothing but a helmet. Hurt like anything and was quite hard to explain to the parents.
Hmm... repeatedly getting electrocuted adding a new (non T$ approved) phone split to our phones. I'm not talking just a few times, but quite a few. Just as well that no one called because apparently it goes up from about 50mA to a few hundred (lethal dose). Actually, getting electrocuted a lot. Silly that being an Elec. Eng...

I'm sure you've all tried riding down a grassy hill on a piece of cardboard. After 20 minutes of injury free fun, I tried going a little faster. I jumped too high or I didn't throw the cardboard far enough in front of me but the result was that my knees landed right at the front, which dug in, quickly followed by my face collecting the ground.
I got straight up, said: "I gotta go." and ran home. There was blood everywhere. My nose is still a little bent outta shape from it.
I've also managed that tricky running around the pool, slipping on a wet patch 180 knee slam, half drown move. Best part was the water was freezing cold.

I swear something's wrong with me, because everytime I transfer my washing from the washing machine to the dryer (which hangs above the washing machine) I inevitably bump my head on the bottom of the dryer (because I stick my head in the washing machine to check all the washing's out).
I must have done this 5 times already, still haven't learnt

So put a bit of pipe lagging on the bottom edge of the drier?
Or is this too sensible?

Sensible's not my problem, I just usually forget about it until I hit my head again (this thread reminded me).
If I remember by the time I get home I'll do something like that.
It is called stupid injuries, and this one definitely is because I could avoid it... maybe I should just put a sign on the dryer that says: "Bang head = ouch"

Phew is that all, I was expecting the "bike flew off the stand whilst the rear wheel was spinning at 270kph" kind of injury.

Oh my god, how long is the list allowed to be!?!?!?
Broke my nose walking into glass door after drinking copious amount of alcohol, altho' it was the second attempt at walking through the glass door, first attempt only stunned me a little...go figure!
As a kid I went out into the garden when I heard a cat meowing, and it started purring and rubbing against my leg, I go and pick it up and its still purring then suddenly attacks my face, luckily my hand goes in front to protect my facce but now have bite scars in left hand.
Was told as a kid not to rollerskate inside the house...did I listen???? Fell in the hallway, but was too scared to tell anyone and spent all night with a broken wrist until agony got too much. Living in minig town and had to be flown down to Perth to have it re-broken as apparently it starts to set immediately and all night with it broken not good.
Fell off a boat moored near the Left Bank (after a few wines) and got a bruise on head. But more embarrassing was having to walk back to the car past the pub, sopping wet!:p
Oh and I then worked in Health & Safety....go figure! There are more, but am thinking of writing a What Not To Do Book and need the material.

lol... Had a rose creeper around the gate to my back yard. Was always careful when I rode through that gate. One day, while in squid uniform (Short, sneakers, singlet, no gloves) I took off through the gate on my bike to get some drinks. Rose bush grabbed my right hand. Got a good grip to. Being in extreme pain having my flesh pulled off by the bush I accelerated, thus turning my bike right into the rest of the rose creeper. Bloody hurt. Always gear up now. Never plant roses in my garden anymore.

When I was a kid in Uk, we were burgled. I didn't hear anything until my mother started yelling "Jan, Jan get out, get out".
I woke up (kinda) and wondered what was going on, but obviously I needed to get out of the house..
My bed was right next to the bedroom window, so I went to the facing wall, ran, jumped onto the bed, used it as a trampoline and bounced through the window.
I awoke properly in the front garden, cut and bleeding with two smashed front teeth, with only my undies on.
I used to play cricket with my friends up at the local cricket club. One day we had finished and I decided to carry down the wickets in one hand, despite the fact I was on a push bike (an expensive racer one). As I got to the bottom of the hill from the cricket club, I took the corner onto my street like they do on Tour De France (I had been watching it). So, lifted up my pedal, leaned the bike over, and I went wider and wider. I couldn't brake because of the wickets, so instead, I slammed into a bright yellow car, whacking my face into its bonnet. I covered the car, my bike and my clothes in blood. The bike was wrecked too.
During my first job overseas, one of the guys working for me had disappeared. I asked around and found out that the guy was in hospital. Asking more questions, I was told:
" In the village he was from, they used donkeys to carry around hay, etc. My guys donkey had escaped from his garden into his father's and had eaten most of the old man's vegetables. When the old man found out, he went around to my guy's house with a piece of re-bar (structural steel rod) and beat him up with it" hospitalizing his own son
