Favorite Chilli dish from the Jerky & Chilli comp

Many of us were blown away by all the effort everyone went to putting in a chilli dish this year.
It was truely an amazing taste sensation.

For everyone that was at the jerky / Chilli competition.

Unfortunately this lovely dish was whisked away from our taste buds before I managed to take a photo.

Didn't realise until later that I forgot to put my chilli out so we had some for dinner. Wasn't bad for my first go at a CCC. Thanks again to everyone who came and made it a great afternoon.
