Lately I've been finding it really comfy to sleep on my side but the problem I'm having is what do you do with the arm at the bottom ???
If I have my body on top of it it goes numb, having it behind me just feels retarded, in front feels awkward. My solution so far has been having it straight up and under my pillow so my head is on top of it.
Works well but I wake in the middle of the night with a totally numb arm.
So PSB, those of you that are side sleepers 'How do you do it ?'

) but on my left side find it more comfortable to have the arm straight down along my thigh
I still get numb arms/hands sometimes though which I think is due to neck problems and carpal tunnel
