I get some through my store occasionally doesn't make the bottle anymore expensive or special in my experience

Are you talking about normal bottles being rarer if they have wax on them?
If so the place to find these rarer bottles is in every bottleshop, and by just looking for them

He means the ones where the wax goes too far and is on the label.
This makes it more rare and 'speshal' for some reason - much like retarded 2 faced coins and borked stamps - it is something retards pay more money for - the reasoning of which escapes me.
It isn't rare - the best thing to do is just drink it.
